These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RegnumLastSanctum.com, including the Regnum Last Sanctum website, account features, payment features, crowdfunding Founder Packages, Influence Points, digital rewards, game-development updates, community features, and related services operated under NAMY STUDIOS by Grégory D. T. NAMY.

By visiting RegnumLastSanctum.com, creating an account, purchasing a Founder Package, receiving Influence Points, contacting us through a form, accessing community features, using our services, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or services.

1. Definitions
For these Terms:
“NAMY STUDIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means NAMY STUDIOS, operated by Grégory D. T. NAMY.
“Regnum Last Sanctum” means the independent medieval dark fantasy game project, website, community platform, digital systems, game-development updates, related intellectual property, and associated services developed and operated by NAMY STUDIOS.
“RegnumLastSanctum.com” means the official game website for Regnum Last Sanctum, including accounts, crowdfunding pages, Founder Packages, Influence Points, community features, development updates, game-related content, payment systems, and related digital services.
“Services” means RegnumLastSanctum.com, account systems, payment systems, community features, digital rewards, Founder Packages, Stripe payment flows, updates, downloads, forms, communications, Discord integrations, Steam links, and any other game-related service we provide through or in connection with RegnumLastSanctum.com.
“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person who visits, registers, supports, purchases from, contacts, or otherwise uses the Services.
“Founder Package” means a paid crowdfunding support product purchased through RegnumLastSanctum.com to support the development of Regnum Last Sanctum. Founder Packages are designed for players and community members who want to help fund development and be recognized as early founders of the project. Founder Packages may include digital community rewards such as Influence Points, founder recognition, account badges, Discord roles, development updates, or other clearly stated digital benefits.
“Founder Status” or “Founder Rank” means a digital account status, title, badge, or recognition level connected to Founder Package purchases, lifetime contribution amount, or other progression rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com. Founder Status has no cash value and does not represent ownership, investment, equity, governance rights, or financial return.
“Lifetime Contribution” means the total successful Founder Package payments associated with a user account, excluding refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or cancelled payments.
“Influence Points” or “IP” means digital community points connected to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. Influence Points have no monetary value and are not a currency, investment, financial instrument, ownership right, profit share, or claim against NAMY STUDIOS.
“Digital Rewards” means any non-physical reward connected to a Founder Package, including Influence Points, website badges, founder titles, Founder Status, Discord roles, supporter wall recognition, development updates, or other digital community benefits.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply only to RegnumLastSanctum.com and the game-related services, accounts, payments, Founder Packages, Influence Points, community features, development updates, and digital rewards provided through or in connection with RegnumLastSanctum.com.
RegnumLastSanctum.com is the official website for the Regnum Last Sanctum game project. It may include game information, accounts, community systems, Founder Packages, crowdfunding pages, Influence Points, development updates, demo access, pre-alpha or alpha information, Discord links, Steam links, and game-related digital services.
These Terms do not automatically govern other websites, projects, portfolio pages, or professional services operated by NAMY STUDIOS unless they expressly link to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Regnum Last Sanctum Project
Regnum Last Sanctum is an independent game project under active development. Features, systems, names, mechanics, visuals, balance, lore, rewards, roadmaps, dates, platforms, and technical systems may change over time.
The Services may include pre-alpha, alpha, beta, prototype, testing, or experimental content. Such content may contain bugs, incomplete features, missing systems, unstable performance, placeholder assets, and balance issues.
Any roadmap, development update, release estimate, future feature description, or planned reward is provided for transparency and community communication only. It is not a binding guarantee unless expressly stated in writing as part of a specific paid product.

4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase Founder Packages.
If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements or has violated these Terms.

5. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Founder Packages, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, and Digital Rewards are connected to the account used or selected during the purchase process. You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct account before making a purchase.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonate others, abuse the Services, exploit bugs, commit fraud, violate community rules, or otherwise breach these Terms.

6. Founder Packages and Crowdfunding Contributions
Founder Packages are paid digital products designed to help fund the development of Regnum Last Sanctum.
Founder Packages are not charitable donations, unless expressly offered as a separate no-reward donation option. Where a Founder Package includes Influence Points or other Digital Rewards, the transaction is a commercial digital purchase, not a pure donation.
When you purchase a Founder Package, you are supporting the development of Regnum Last Sanctum and receiving the Digital Rewards clearly described at the time of purchase. Founder Packages are not investments, shares, donations to a charity, or promises of financial return.
Founder Packages do not grant ownership of NAMY STUDIOS, Regnum Last Sanctum, game assets, intellectual property, profits, revenue, shares, equity, voting control, securities, financial returns, or any investment rights.
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, Founder Packages do not guarantee access to the final commercial game, future downloadable content, expansions, private testing, physical goods, employment, partnership, or any specific final release date.
6.1 Multiple Founder Package Purchases
Users may purchase multiple Founder Packages over time. Founder Package purchases are cumulative and may increase the user’s Lifetime Contribution, Influence Points balance, Founder Status, account badges, or other Digital Rewards according to the rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com.
Each successful Founder Package purchase may be recorded separately in the user’s account history and may contribute to the user’s total support amount.
Founder Packages are linked to the user account selected or logged in during the purchase process. Founder Package purchases, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, and Digital Rewards are generally non-transferable between accounts unless NAMY STUDIOS expressly allows it in writing.

6.2 Lifetime Contribution and Founder Status
NAMY STUDIOS may calculate Founder Status based on total Lifetime Contribution, highest Founder Package purchased, account progression, special campaigns, or another clearly displayed progression method.
If Founder Status is based on Lifetime Contribution, multiple purchases may combine to upgrade the user’s Founder Status when the relevant contribution threshold is reached.
NAMY STUDIOS may define, rename, rebalance, modify, add, remove, or discontinue Founder Status levels, badges, titles, thresholds, or related Digital Rewards for design, technical, legal, security, or balancing reasons.
Founder Status is a digital community recognition feature only. It has no monetary value and does not create ownership, investment rights, financial rights, governance rights, voting control, profit participation, or any right to a financial return.

6.3 Adjustments, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud
Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or charged-back payments may result in the removal, reversal, suspension, or adjustment of the related Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, account badges, and other Digital Rewards.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back after Digital Rewards have been delivered, NAMY STUDIOS may subtract the related Influence Points and adjust the user’s Founder Status and Lifetime Contribution records accordingly.
NAMY STUDIOS may delay, withhold, manually review, reverse, or remove Digital Rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, duplicate processing, technical error, account misuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Influence Points
Influence Points are digital community points attached to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. They may be used for website progression, community recognition, founder status, polls, future cosmetic systems, title systems, or other community features determined by NAMY STUDIOS.
Influence Points:

have no cash value;
-
are not legal tender or virtual currency;

cannot be exchanged for money;
-
cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, or redeemed outside our Services unless we expressly allow it;

do not represent ownership, equity, profit share, investment, securities, or any financial right;

may be adjusted, limited, removed, reset, renamed, converted, rebalanced, or discontinued if required for technical, legal, balancing, security, or design reasons.
We may correct Influence Point balances where we detect payment errors, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, technical errors, duplicate grants, exploits, or unauthorized activity.
Influence Points are linked to your account and may be lost if your account is closed, deleted, banned, inactive for an extended period, or otherwise terminated under these Terms.

8. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
By purchasing a Founder Package or any other paid digital product, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment provider fees may be charged by third parties and are outside our control.
We may change prices, packages, rewards, thresholds, Founder Status levels, and availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed, except where required by law, fraud prevention, technical correction, refund, or chargeback handling.
A purchase is considered completed only when the payment provider confirms successful payment and our system records the transaction.

9. Delivery of Digital Rewards
Digital Rewards are normally delivered automatically to your website account after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery may be delayed due to payment review, fraud checks, webhook delays, technical issues, account verification, payment provider delays, or manual review.
If you do not receive the expected Digital Rewards after a successful payment, contact us with your account email, payment date, Founder Package name, and transaction reference.
We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect account details, purchasing while logged into the wrong account, unauthorized purchases, payment provider issues, chargebacks, fraud, account suspension, or user error.

10. Refund Policy
Founder Package purchases are generally final and non-refundable once Digital Rewards have been delivered to the user account, including Influence Points, Founder Status, badges, titles, Discord roles, account recognition, or other digital benefits.
Because Founder Packages provide digital rewards that may be credited immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once delivery begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are not guaranteed. NAMY STUDIOS may only grant refunds where required by applicable law, or at its discretion in limited cases such as:

duplicate payment;

technical failure preventing delivery of the purchased Digital Rewards;

confirmed incorrect charge;
-
confirmed unauthorized transaction, subject to investigation;

refund required by applicable law.
Refunds may be refused where Digital Rewards have already been delivered, where the user has used or benefited from the Digital Rewards, where the payment is subject to fraud or abuse, where the user has violated these Terms, where the refund request concerns a change of mind, or where the request is outside any legally required refund period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute occurs, NAMY STUDIOS may remove, reverse, or adjust the related Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, badges, titles, Discord roles, account recognition, and any other Digital Rewards connected to the payment.
Chargeback abuse, payment disputes made in bad faith, refund fraud, or repeated payment reversals may result in account suspension, removal of Digital Rewards, restriction from future purchases, or termination of access to the Services.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Luxembourg or European Union law.

11. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days, unless an exception applies.
Because Founder Packages include digital content or digital services that may be delivered immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly waived or lost due to immediate delivery of digital content or digital services, Founder Package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If the right of withdrawal applies and has not been lost or waived under applicable law, you may contact us within the required legal period to exercise your rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

12. Taxes and VAT
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how checkout is configured and what is shown at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and location information where required for tax calculation and compliance.
We may collect, charge, report, or remit VAT or other taxes where required by law or through our payment provider.
For EU users, digital services and digital rewards may be subject to VAT rules based on the customer’s country of residence. We may use third-party tools or payment provider services to help determine, collect, and report applicable taxes.

13. No Investment, No Financial Return
Founder Packages, Influence Points, Digital Rewards, crowdfunding contributions, Founder Status, founder recognition, and community recognition are not investments.
You are not purchasing shares, equity, ownership, securities, financial instruments, governance rights, profit participation, dividends, royalties, revenue share, or any entitlement to financial return.
You must not purchase Founder Packages with the expectation of profit, resale value, monetary appreciation, or financial reward.

14. Game Access and Future Releases
Unless a Founder Package expressly states that it includes game access, purchasing a Founder Package does not grant access to the current or future commercial version of Regnum Last Sanctum.
If game access, alpha access, beta access, demo access, test access, founder access, or any similar benefit is included in a specific product, the details, limitations, duration, platform, and conditions will be described in the product information.
Access to pre-release builds may be limited, revoked, delayed, region-restricted, platform-dependent, or subject to technical requirements.
We reserve the right to change, pause, reset, wipe, or discontinue test environments, accounts, characters, inventories, progress, servers, points, or other data during development where necessary.

15. User Conduct
You agree not to:

violate any law or regulation;

commit fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized transactions;

exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, payment errors, or reward systems;

use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or unauthorized tools;
-
harass, threaten, defame, abuse, discriminate against, or harm others;
-
impersonate another person, company, moderator, developer, or representative;
-
upload malware, harmful code, spam, scams, or misleading content;
-
attempt to access accounts, systems, databases, or services without permission;
-
interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services;
-
sell, trade, transfer, or commercialize accounts, Influence Points, Founder Status, Digital Rewards, or access without our written permission.
Violation of these rules may result in warning, suspension, account termination, removal of rewards, cancellation of access, or legal action.

16. User Content
The Services may allow you to submit usernames, posts, comments, feedback, bug reports, screenshots, suggestions, ideas, messages, contact forms, project inquiries, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant NAMY STUDIOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for operating, improving, marketing, and developing the Services and Regnum Last Sanctum.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may remove or moderate user content at our discretion, especially where it violates these Terms, community rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
Feedback, suggestions, and ideas submitted to us may be used without compensation, obligation, or restriction.

17. Intellectual Property
Regnum Last Sanctum, NAMY STUDIOS, logos, names, artwork, designs, characters, lore, game systems, UI elements, text, code, music, sound, videos, screenshots, concepts, software, branding materials, and other materials are owned by NAMY STUDIOS, Grégory D. T. NAMY, or their licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission, except where allowed by law or by specific written community guidelines.
Purchasing a Founder Package, receiving Influence Points, receiving Founder Status, contacting NAMY STUDIOS, or viewing Regnum Last Sanctum content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

18. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or link to third-party services, including Stripe, Discord, Steam, email providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, social media platforms, and other external services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and rules. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, account actions, fees, payment failures, policy changes, or data handling outside our control.

19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process account information, payment references, support requests, contact form submissions, technical data, and other information necessary to operate the Services, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, respond to inquiries, deliver Digital Rewards, calculate Lifetime Contribution, and update Founder Status.
You should read our Privacy Policy before using the Services, contacting us, creating an account, or making a purchase.

20. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability.
The Services may be unavailable, delayed, limited, reset, or changed due to maintenance, development work, hosting issues, payment provider issues, cyberattacks, legal requirements, technical limitations, force majeure, or business decisions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.

21. Security and Fraud Prevention
We may use manual or automated systems to detect suspicious activity, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, duplicate payments, account sharing, botting, exploits, or unauthorized access.
We may delay delivery of Digital Rewards, request additional verification, suspend accounts, reverse rewards, block payments, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

22. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account, access, rewards, or participation if you violate these Terms, violate community rules, create legal risk, abuse payment systems, commit fraud, misuse Influence Points, misuse Founder Status, infringe intellectual property, or harm the Services or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution display, account status, digital rewards, access rights, and other account-linked benefits may be removed or lost, subject to applicable law.
Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, payment records, refund handling, limitation of liability, dispute provisions, and no-investment terms.

23. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, be error-free, be secure, remain available, or that all planned game features will be completed or released.
Development of an independent game involves technical, financial, creative, platform, legal, and business risks. You acknowledge that features, schedules, rewards, designs, and availability may change.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAMY STUDIOS and Grégory D. T. NAMY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, business interruption, payment provider issues, account loss, or inability to access the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services or a Founder Package shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Founder Package giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

25. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAMY STUDIOS and Grégory D. T. NAMY from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, fraud, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or user content you submit.

26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the website, account dashboard, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
