Terms of Service

“NAMY STUDIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means NAMY STUDIOS, an independent Luxembourg Creative Design & Game Studio operated by Grégory D. T. NAMY and the developer and publisher of Regnum Last Sanctum.

“Regnum Last Sanctum” means the independent medieval dark fantasy game project, website, account systems, digital rewards, community features, development updates, and related intellectual property operated by NAMY STUDIOS.

“Services” means RegnumLastSanctum.com, account systems, payment systems, Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, digital rewards, Discord integrations, Steam links, community features, game information, forms, communications, and any related service provided through or in connection with Regnum Last Sanctum.

“Early Pledge” means an early advance purchase product for Regnum Last Sanctum. Early Pledges are intended to provide stated game access and website-related player functions before or around release, depending on the pledge tier, project status, technical availability, account standing, and release conditions. If an Early Pledge is sold during the active crowdfunding/Foundation phase, it may also include Foundation-phase pledge benefits such as Influence Points, pledge badges, pledge titles, Discord roles, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys to the corresponding Regnum Sagas according to the pledge tier.

“Knight of the Realm” means an Early Pledge tier intended to include access to Saga I and access to various player functions on the website, including supported community and House-related participation features, together with small digital rewards where stated.

“Lord of the Realm” means an Early Pledge tier intended to include the benefits stated for that tier, including access to the House creation system and additional digital rewards. Certain Lord of the Realm rewards may continue after the release of the game where expressly described.

“Founder Pledge” means a paid crowdfunding support product purchased through RegnumLastSanctum.com to support the development and Foundation phase of Regnum Last Sanctum. Founder Pledges may include digital community rewards such as Influence Points, founder recognition, account badges, founder titles, Discord roles, development updates, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys where stated. Founder Pledges are tied to the crowdfunding/Foundation phase and may be removed or discontinued when that phase ends.

“Sagas” means the planned Regnum Last Sanctum game-access structure. Saga I refers to the first playable combat experience. Saga II refers to the planned sandbox and dungeon expansion. Saga III refers to the planned PvP multiplayer and kingdom-war expansion. Saga IV refers to the planned long-term MMO or persistent-world vision.

“Saga access keys” means digital access entitlements connected to an Early Pledge or Founder Pledge tier. They are intended to grant access to the corresponding Regnum Saga or Sagas when that Saga is made available under the relevant technical, platform, account, testing, and release conditions.

“Founder Points” means internal Founder Pledge progression points, if used by NAMY STUDIOS, connected only to Founder Pledge purchases. Founder Points may allow Founders to accumulate progression toward a higher Founder tier when purchasing additional Founder Pledges and reaching a defined threshold. Founder Points are not granted by Early Pledge tiers.

“Founder Status” or “Founder Rank” means a digital account status, title, badge, or recognition level connected to Founder Pledge purchases, lifetime contribution amount, Founder Points, or other progression rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com. Founder Status has no cash value and does not represent ownership, investment, equity, governance rights, or financial return.

“Lifetime Contribution” means the total successful Founder Pledge payments associated with a user account, excluding refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or cancelled payments.

“Influence Points” or “IP” means digital community points connected to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. Influence Points have no monetary value and are not a currency, investment, financial instrument, ownership right, profit share, or claim against NAMY STUDIOS.

“Digital Rewards” means any non-physical reward connected to an Early Pledge, Founder Pledge, account feature, website system, or community system, including Influence Points, website badges, pledge badges, titles, pledge titles, Founder Status, Discord roles, founder wall recognition, supporter wall recognition, Saga access keys, development updates, House-system benefits, or other digital community benefits.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RegnumLastSanctum.com and all Services connected to Regnum Last Sanctum.

By visiting RegnumLastSanctum.com, creating an account, purchasing an Early Pledge or Founder Pledge, receiving Influence Points, contacting us through a form, accessing community features, using Discord or Steam links, using the Services, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.

These Terms apply only to RegnumLastSanctum.com and the game-related services, accounts, payments, Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, community features, development updates, and Digital Rewards provided through or in connection with RegnumLastSanctum.com.

Regnum Last Sanctum is an independent game project under active development. Features, systems, names, mechanics, visuals, balance, lore, rewards, roadmaps, dates, platforms, House-system rules, and technical systems may change over time.

The Services may include pre-alpha, alpha, beta, prototype, testing, or experimental content. Such content may contain bugs, incomplete features, missing systems, unstable performance, placeholder assets, and balance issues.

Any roadmap, development update, release estimate, future feature description, or planned reward is provided for transparency and community communication only. It is not a binding guarantee unless expressly stated in writing as part of a specific paid product.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase Early Pledges or Founder Pledges.

If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.

Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, and Digital Rewards are connected to the account used or selected during the purchase process. You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct account before making a purchase.

Early Pledges are early advance purchase products for Regnum Last Sanctum. They are primarily tied to game access, website player functions, and stated digital rewards. When an Early Pledge sale happens during the active crowdfunding/Foundation phase, the Early Pledge may also include Foundation-phase pledge benefits similar to Founder Pledges, including Influence Points, pledge badges, pledge titles, Discord roles, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys to the corresponding Regnum Sagas according to the pledge tier.

Early Pledge tiers do not grant Founder Points. Founder Points, if used, remain exclusive to Founder Pledges and may be used to accumulate progression toward Founder tier upgrades when a Founder purchases additional Founder Pledges and reaches the required threshold.

Knight of the Realm is intended to include access to Saga I and access to various player functions on the website, including supported House-system participation features, together with small digital rewards and any Foundation-phase pledge benefits stated for that tier.

Lord of the Realm is intended to include access to the House creation system and additional digital rewards. Certain Lord of the Realm rewards may remain available after the release of the game where expressly described. If sold during the active crowdfunding/Foundation phase, Lord of the Realm may also include Foundation-phase pledge benefits stated for that tier.

Early Pledge benefits may depend on account standing, technical availability, release state, platform availability, House-system rules, testing windows, and the development status of the game.

Early Pledges do not grant ownership of NAMY STUDIOS, Regnum Last Sanctum, game assets, intellectual property, profits, revenue, shares, equity, voting control, securities, financial returns, or any investment rights.

Founder Pledges are paid digital products designed to help fund the development and Foundation phase of Regnum Last Sanctum.

Founder Pledges are not charitable donations unless expressly offered as a separate no-reward donation option. Where a Founder Pledge includes Influence Points, Saga access keys, or other Digital Rewards, the transaction is a commercial digital purchase, not a pure donation.

When you purchase a Founder Pledge, you are supporting the development of Regnum Last Sanctum and receiving the Digital Rewards clearly described at the time of purchase. Founder Pledges are not investments, shares, donations to a charity, or promises of financial return.

Founder Pledges are tied to the crowdfunding/Foundation phase. When the crowdfunding/Foundation phase ends, NAMY STUDIOS may remove, close, rename, replace, or discontinue Founder Pledge offers. This does not automatically remove already delivered digital rewards, except where these Terms allow adjustment, removal, or reversal.

Founder Pledges may grant Founder Points, if such a progression system is active. Founder Points remain exclusive to Founder Pledges and may allow Founders to accumulate progression toward a higher Founder tier when purchasing additional Founder Pledges and reaching a defined threshold. Early Pledge tiers do not grant Founder Points.

Founder Pledges do not grant ownership of NAMY STUDIOS, Regnum Last Sanctum, game assets, intellectual property, profits, revenue, shares, equity, voting control, securities, financial returns, or any investment rights.

Early Pledges and Founder Pledges may include digital game access keys or website entitlements. The access included depends on the tier displayed at the time of purchase.

The current Early Pledge access structure is:

• Knight of the Realm includes access to Saga I and supported player functions on the website, including supported House-system participation features and stated small digital rewards. If sold during the active crowdfunding/Foundation phase, it may also include Foundation-phase pledge benefits such as Influence Points, pledge badges, pledge titles, Discord roles, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys according to the pledge tier.
• Lord of the Realm includes the stated benefits for that tier, including access to the House creation system and additional rewards that may remain after release where expressly described. If sold during the active crowdfunding/Foundation phase, it may also include Foundation-phase pledge benefits such as Influence Points, pledge badges, pledge titles, Discord roles, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys according to the pledge tier.

The current Founder Pledge Saga access structure is:

• Founder of Regnum, Founder of Goblins, and Founder of Nordhold include an Access Key to Saga I.
• Founder of Dungeons includes Access Keys to Saga I and Saga II.
• Founder of the Abyss includes Access Keys to Saga I, Saga II, and Saga III.
• Founder of Kingdoms, Founder of the Last Sanctum, Founder of Dragons, Founder of the World, and Founder of Regnum Eternal include Access Keys to Saga I, Saga II, Saga III, and Saga IV.

Saga access keys and website entitlements are digital entitlements linked to the purchasing account. They are intended for the corresponding Regnum Saga, website feature, or community function once available, but access may depend on development status, platform availability, testing windows, technical requirements, account standing, and release conditions.

Saga access keys and website entitlements do not guarantee that every Saga or website function will be available at a specific date, in a specific technical state, or on every platform. Development plans may evolve, and Sagas, House-system rules, website features, and rewards may be renamed, merged, delayed, changed, reset, rebalanced, or adjusted as the project develops.

Users may purchase multiple Early Pledges or Founder Pledges over time where the website allows it. Purchases may be cumulative or tier-specific depending on the rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Founder Pledge purchases may increase the user’s Lifetime Contribution, Influence Points balance, Founder Status, account badges, Saga access keys, or other Digital Rewards according to the rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com.

Early Pledge purchases may grant or update Saga I access, House-system access, House creation access, website functions, or other stated Digital Rewards according to the rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com.

Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, and Digital Rewards are generally non-transferable between accounts unless NAMY STUDIOS expressly allows it in writing.

NAMY STUDIOS may calculate Founder Status based on total Lifetime Contribution, highest Founder Pledge purchased, Founder Points, account progression, special campaigns, or another clearly displayed progression method.

Founder Status is a digital community recognition feature only. It has no monetary value and does not create ownership, investment rights, financial rights, governance rights, voting control, profit participation, or any right to financial return.

Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or charged-back payments may result in the removal, reversal, suspension, or adjustment of the related Influence Points, Founder Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, account badges, and other Digital Rewards.

NAMY STUDIOS may delay, withhold, manually review, reverse, or remove Digital Rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, duplicate processing, technical error, account misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Influence Points are digital community points attached to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. They may be used for website progression, community recognition, founder status, polls, future cosmetic systems, title systems, House-system features, or other community features determined by NAMY STUDIOS.

Influence Points have no cash value, are not legal tender or virtual currency, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not represent ownership, equity, profit share, investment, securities, or any financial right.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

By purchasing an Early Pledge, Founder Pledge, or any other paid digital product, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.

We may change prices, Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, rewards, thresholds, Founder Point thresholds, Founder Status levels, and availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed, except where required by law, fraud prevention, technical correction, refund, or chargeback handling.

Digital Rewards are normally delivered automatically to your website account after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may be delayed due to payment review, fraud checks, webhook delays, technical issues, account verification, payment provider delays, or manual review.

If you do not receive the expected Digital Rewards after a successful payment, contact us with your account email, payment date, pledge name, and transaction reference.

Early Pledge and Founder Pledge purchases are generally final and non-refundable once Digital Rewards, game access, website functions, House-system entitlements, or other digital benefits have been delivered to the user account.

Because Early Pledges and Founder Pledges provide digital content or digital services that may be credited immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once delivery begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed. NAMY STUDIOS may only grant refunds where required by applicable law, or at its discretion in limited cases such as duplicate payment, technical failure preventing delivery of the purchased Digital Rewards, confirmed incorrect charge, confirmed unauthorized transaction subject to investigation, or refund required by applicable law.

If a refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute occurs, NAMY STUDIOS may remove, reverse, or adjust the related Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, badges, titles, Discord roles, account recognition, and any other Digital Rewards connected to the payment.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Because Early Pledges and Founder Pledges include digital content or digital services that may be delivered immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly waived or lost due to immediate delivery of digital content or digital services, Early Pledge and Founder Pledge purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how checkout is configured and what is shown at the time of purchase. For EU users, digital services and digital rewards may be subject to VAT rules based on the customer’s country of residence.

Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, Founder Points, Digital Rewards, crowdfunding contributions, Founder Status, founder recognition, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, and community recognition are not investments.

You are not purchasing shares, equity, ownership, securities, financial instruments, governance rights, profit participation, dividends, royalties, revenue share, or any entitlement to financial return.

You must not purchase Early Pledges or Founder Pledges with the expectation of profit, resale value, monetary appreciation, or financial reward.

Founder Pledge Saga access keys and Early Pledge Saga access and website entitlements are described in Section 8. Other game access, alpha access, beta access, demo access, test access, founder access, early access, or similar access benefits only apply when expressly included in a specific product or communication.

Access to pre-release builds may be limited, revoked, delayed, region-restricted, platform-dependent, or subject to technical requirements.

We reserve the right to change, pause, reset, wipe, or discontinue test environments, accounts, characters, inventories, progress, servers, points, House-system data, or other data during development where necessary.

You agree not to violate any law, commit fraud, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, harass others, impersonate anyone, upload malware or spam, access systems without permission, interfere with the Services, or sell, trade, transfer, or commercialize accounts, Influence Points, Founder Status, Digital Rewards, Saga access keys, House-system access, or access without our written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in warning, suspension, account termination, removal of rewards, cancellation of access, or legal action.

The Services may allow you to submit usernames, posts, comments, feedback, bug reports, screenshots, suggestions, ideas, messages, contact forms, project inquiries, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant NAMY STUDIOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for operating, improving, promoting, securing, and documenting the Services and Regnum Last Sanctum.

Regnum Last Sanctum, NAMY STUDIOS, logos, names, artwork, designs, lore, game systems, website content, text, images, video, code, interface elements, icons, music, audio, characters, creatures, maps, and related materials are owned by NAMY STUDIOS or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Discord, Steam, social media platforms, analytics tools, e-mail delivery services, and hosting providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We aim to operate the Services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability.

We may use technical and manual checks to protect the Services, accounts, payments, rewards, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, and community systems from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, or technical manipulation.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, commit fraud, harm other users, abuse payment systems, threaten security, or create legal risk.

Account termination may result in loss of account data, Influence Points, Founder Status, Saga access keys, House-system entitlements, Digital Rewards, account recognition, and access to community features, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, be error-free, be fully secure, be compatible with every device, or that every planned feature, Saga, roadmap item, reward, House-system feature, or release window will be completed exactly as described.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAMY STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to NAMY STUDIOS for the specific paid product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold NAMY STUDIOS harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, unauthorized activity, or harmful content you submit.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, Early Pledges, Founder Pledges, Saga access, House-system access, laws, payment systems, security requirements, or project development.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Where legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
